When we are on the road going to all of these magical destinations, it can be so easy to forget the joys of just being at home. Michigan may not be the first place that comes to mind for travel, but trust me, it's teeming with hidden gems if you just know where to look. From the stunning lakeshores and pristine forests up north to the vibrant cities and charming small towns, there's much to experience. These are just some of the unforgettable memories in my own backyard.
