Hey! I’m Brittney:)
Let’s explore
At the core, I’m a Disney-loving travel-addicted mom who believes in working hard but playing harder. Nothing in life is ever entirely as defined as we would like it to be. That is the definition of this blog, in the middle of motherhood, traveling, Disney bounding, or reading a new book. We are finding explanations around every turn with the right not quite to have it all figured out. Living life and carrying on.

The Next 6...
Hey 2021, I see you!
2020 was the most challenging year I’ve ever endured. The world, as we know it, was turned upside down. Friends I just saw are no longer here; cancellations became a part of life, schedules a thing of the past, and a state of constant shifting laid before me, but you know what? I’m ok.
Right along with the woes, intermittent clarity overwhelmed my soul time and time again, forcing me to focus on what matters more than anything else in this world. Within every curse, there is a gift if you believe.
For the next 6, I’m keeping it small, obtainable, challenging myself to wow myself in what I can do with small fractions of time—pushing myself to revisit places that once fed my soul. Taking a journey inward to who I am and why. So without further ado, my next six months will include:
Chicago, IL
Frederick Meijer Gardens
Newfields
Fort Wayne, Indiana
Looking back to look forward and experiencing the new.

Backseat Traveling with Kids

Packing Cubes Yes or No?
I used to think packing cubes - those little individual zippered flexible containers for your suitcase - were the most useless waste of money designed to lure us in. Then I tried them, and well, I will never look back. This

…To Infinity and Beyond! Thoughts on Space Tourism
One of the most significant discussions in travel is the ability to travel to the unknown. More specifically, the topic of space tourism. As a people, we have always been fascinated with being the first, with discovering new lands and places
